is there a way to give them ZERO stars?? I have been on hold for about 30 minutes with these idiot and I need to talk to them about an erroneous charge they have made against our account. I keep telling people to avoid Barwood like the plague. This is ridiculous.

Cut us off without a turn signal and almost caused an accident, and then when we honked, he gave us the middle finger. And then when we called the number on the side, I started with, "hi, I'd like to make a complaint," and then they immediately hung up. In about two minutes, I have never hated a company more. S/O to car 549 for their unconscionable behavior.
