This is one of the worst banks you can open an account with, they don't have over draft protection, there online service are constantly undergoing maintenance, and purchases don't reflect immediately on your account. I know several people who have banked with Signal Financial who changed banks.
Credit unions rock, but be prepared to wait awhile if you need to sit down with a bank representative on Saturday morning!
